Introduction

I'm a medical writer and editor with a background in biomedical research and public health. I have over 5 years' experience as a freelance writer and editor, in addition to agency work. My areas of specific expertise are immunology, oncology, haematology and infectious disease, including HIV.

I have extensive experience in presubmission editing for style and use of English. I've worked on academic and commercial assignments and in journalism, and am a member of the European Medical Writers Association.
